  • How quickly is the status page updated when an incident occurs?

    Our monitoring systems detect service degradation and trigger automated status page updates within 60 seconds of initial detection. For incidents requiring human assessment before public communication — such as ambiguous partial degradations — our on-call team publishes an initial status update within 15 minutes of internal confirmation.

  • What information is published for each incident?

    Every incident includes an initial detection notice, real-time updates throughout the resolution process, a final resolution notice, and a post-incident report within 24 hours of resolution. The post-incident report documents the root cause, the timeline of our response, the scope of impact, and the corrective or preventive measures implemented.

  • Can I receive notifications when infrastructure status changes?

    Yes. You can subscribe to status page notifications by email for all updates, for specific service components, or for specific hosting regions. Webhook integrations are also available for customers who want to route status updates into their own monitoring or alerting systems.

  • How do I request an SLA credit if a reported incident affected my environment?

    SLA credit requests are submitted through your admin console or directly to your account contact. We review the incident record against your contracted SLA targets and process eligible credits within one billing cycle. The credit calculation methodology is documented in your SLA agreement and applied transparently without requiring you to make a case for it.
