No. We migrate your software as it currently runs — on its current version, with its current configuration and data. There is no requirement to upgrade to a newer version, move to a subscription license, or make any changes to how the software is set up before migration begins.
Most standard migrations are completed within three to seven business days. We schedule the final cutover during off-hours or low-activity windows to minimize business impact, and we run a parallel period where both environments are live simultaneously so your team can validate the cloud environment before the on-premise system is decommissioned.
All data is transferred over encrypted connections. We perform integrity verification at each stage of the migration — before transfer, during transfer, and after deployment — to confirm that no data has been lost, corrupted, or altered. A full pre-migration backup is taken before any work begins.
A tested rollback plan is prepared and documented before migration begins. If a critical issue is identified at any stage, we revert to the pre-migration state without data loss. Our team remains on-call throughout the migration window and for the full post-migration support period.
A defined post-migration support period is included as standard with every migration. During this period, our team is available to resolve any configuration issues, assist staff with accessing the new environment, and make adjustments identified during initial live use.
