    The per-user cost includes your cloud instance compute and storage, the full Enterprise Defense Stack — EDR, 2FA, and malware prevention — infrastructure monitoring, security patching, and 24/7 support. There are no separate line items for security, monitoring, or basic maintenance. Optional add-ons such as Work Analytics are priced separately and clearly disclosed.

  • What happens to our existing hardware after we migrate?

    Once migration is complete and your team is fully operational in the cloud, your on-premise hardware can be decommissioned, repurposed, or disposed of. We provide guidance on secure data wiping for decommissioned hardware and can coordinate the process as part of the migration engagement.

  • Can we add or remove users as our team changes?
