There are no separate line items for security, monitoring, or basic maintenance. Optional add-ons such as Work Analytics are priced separately and clearly disclosed.

What happens to our existing hardware after we migrate?
Once migration is complete and your team is fully operational in the cloud, your on-premise hardware can be decommissioned, repurposed, or disposed of. We provide guidance on secure data wiping for decommissioned hardware and can coordinate the process as part of the migration engagement.
